Why not get all set up on a beanbag with the latest issue of a particular journal title, such as Nature or New Scientist, or read an electronic journal article on your phone using the library's WiFi, with a lovely view that might include the odd squirrel running up one of the trees on the other side of the glass just a few feet away?
We have a nice collection of brightly coloured beanbags that look out over the lovely cloister area behind the dining hall. Look down to your right and you will see a statue commemorating the former Warden Sir Maurice Bowra. At the end of the summer the area immediately below the library window is filled with a mass of bluebells - very beautiful!.
