Q: How long does it take for a book to arrive, once ordered?
A: The quickest we have ever been able to get hold of a book, and process it, is 22 minutes! Where a book is in stock on the shelf in Blackwells, because of our proximity, we can drop everything and go and get the book. This level of service is reserved for very urgent cases! In cases that are less urgent, but still pressing, we can ask Blackwells to send the book to us the next day - subject again of course to the book being in stock in the shop.
However, usually it takes our regular suppliers (from whom we get the largest discount) two weeks to send the book to us, and some titles will take longer to arrive - for example if they are coming from the United States.
